Preparation and Usage
Break off the cap of the collagen tube.
Pour the contents into approximately 250–300 ML of drinking water.
Shake or stir until well mixed.

Recommended Time:
For optimal absorption, consume on an empty stomach, such as after waking up in the morning or before bedtime.
