- Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the formula.

- Sterilize the baby bottle, lid, and nipple by boiling them for 5 minutes. Keep them covered until use.

- Boil water and let it cool to a warm temperature suitable for feeding.

- Pour the recommended amount of warm water into the sterilized baby bottle. Use the provided measuring spoon to add the correct amount of formula powder based on your child’s age. Level off the powder with the edge of the spoon.

- Shake the bottle well until the powder is fully dissolved. Always check the temperature of the milk before feeding your baby.

- After use, fold the pouch tightly and store it in a dry, cool place. Use the formula within 4 weeks of opening.

- Mixing unboiled water, using unsterilized bottles, or preparing the formula in incorrect proportions can lead to illness in infants.
